＜p＞Rwanda’s Stillborn Middle-Income Economy shows how Rwanda’s head of state, Paul Kagame, and his international backers, Bill Clinton, Tony Blair, Jim Yong Kim, and the World Bank failed to create prosperity in Rwanda, their claims to the contrary notwithstanding.
